Take the first step towards Clarity and understanding
You'll receive intake instructions with questionnaires to be completed before your appointment so our team understand how your symptoms affect your day-to-day life prior to your intake appointment
Step 2
Intake Appointment
This appointment is your opportunity to openly discuss the ways your symptoms influence your focus, emotions, and overall well-being.
Using a combination of clinical interviews, behavioral observations, medical questionnaires, and guided discussion, our practitioners work carefully to ensure an accurate and comprehensive evaluation.
After your assessment and possible required investigations have been completed and reviewed, your provider will develop a customized treatment plan tailored to your unique needs, along with a detailed ADHD assessment report and recommendations
Step 3
Follow Up, Report Review, Prescription
During this session, we will review your results of your assessment report together and explore practical strategies to integrate your treatment plan into your daily routine.
Your plan may include medication options, counselling or therapy, educational and workplace support, and other personalized recommendations to help you manage symptoms effectively and improve your overall well-being.
You may initiate prescription management with Clarity ADHD or share your report with your primary care should you wish to pursue treatment or medication planning with another healthcare provider.
* For prescription care with Clarity ADHD: all required investigations must be completed and you must be medically suitable for treatment, with no concerns from previous healthcare providers medication initiation.
